Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA)

Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan (PMGDISHA) has been initiated in line with the announcement made by Hon’ble Finance Minister during the union budget 2016-17 to provide digital literacy specifically in rural areas. PMGDISHA was approved by the government in February 2017. PMGDISHA would cover 6 crore persons, one member from every eligible household across all Gram Panchyats in States/UTs, and make them digitally literate.

• Eligibility- Literate / 7th Pass
• Age- 14 to 60 years
• Training Period- 10 days
• Training Fees- Free
